As a social service agency that is focused on delivering high quality healthcare treatments to our beneficiaries, how do we incorporate the use of complementary technology alongside the need for human touch in our services?
KDF is collaborating with loca leading lmed-tech company BioInfoComm and Fresenius Medical Care (FMC), to prioritise the implementation of an electronic medical records (EMR) system SERRE, coupled with a complementary risk incident reporting software, proMISE IRIS in our dialysis centres.

will be customised to KDF’s existing workflows within a renal dialysis centre setting in the following areas,

With the adoption of these technology, less time is spent on ‘pushing the pencil’, and our clinical staff can spend more focused, in-person attention on our patients.
